I recently stayed at Lumina At Losantos for a week-long vacation. The decor in the rooms is absolutely stunning, with venetian plastering and high-quality design. The spacious apartments are beautifully furnished, including a huge sofa and state-of-the-art Samsung fridge. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Nespresso machine and washer dryer in the room as well. The showers were amazing and the beds were super comfortable. the apartment was just beautiful and offered great value for money. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped with new machines, and the pool area was beautiful and lively but not overly crowded. The host was very responsive and made our check-in process smooth. The location of the property was also convenient for exploring different areas of Tulum.

I recently stayed at Lumina At Losantos for a week-long vacation in Tulum. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and a spacious layout. The wifi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were not only nice smelling but also of great quality. The kitchen in my apartment was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The gym was a highlight for me, as it was well-equipped with new machines. The pool area was also stunning and provided a lively but not overcrowded atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing me to check-in earlier than expected. I felt extremely safe and secure in the gated area with 24/7 security guards. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated between the town center and the beach area, making it easy to access both. The apartment itself was comfortable and luxurious, with a private pool as an added bonus. The finishes throughout the hotel were high-end and well-done. Any issues that arose during my stay were quickly addressed by the attentive and helpful host. I truly had an amazing stay at Lumina At Losantos and would definitely return on my next trip to Tulum.

Nestled in a stunning jungle setting, this hidden gem offers a tranquil escape. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a touch of luxury. The swimming pool is a highlight, perfect for relaxation. The attentive staff ensures a pleasant stay.

The construction noise from nearby developments can be a bit disruptive at times.

The room at Lumina At Losantos Tulum was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We loved having a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, giving us the option to cook and enjoy meals together. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries was a nice touch and added convenience to our stay. The air-conditioning in all units was a lifesaver during the hot Tulum weather. The flat-screen TV in the room allowed us to unwind and watch some of our favorite shows.

Personally, we didn't find the soundproofing in the apartment to be very effective. But others might not mind it as much.

It was well-furnished, clean, and had all the necessary equipment. the beds were comfortable, and the sunrise view from the master bedroom balcony was spectacular. the complex's swimming pool was clean and luxurious, and there was also a gym and bar area available. the location was quiet, safe, and well-located between the town center and beach area.

It truly felt like a luxury experience, with its clean and well-stocked interior, beautiful decor, and comfortable amenities. the highlight was definitely the duplex with a balcony and private plunge pool, surrounded by trees for a peaceful atmosphere. the keyless entry was convenient, and we also enjoyed the communal pool and gym facilities. the location was perfect, situated between the center of town and the hotel zone/beach area, making it easy to explore both. the host, Eric, was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great suggestions for places to visit. We even got to borrow paddles for the complex's paddle court. it was an amazing stay, and we would definitely return on our next trip to Tulum!
